The number 13 is primarily sequenced as 12+1 in the Bible. However, God
sequenced it as 6+7 when He brought Israel to the city of Jericho to bring down
its walls. In Joshua 6:2-5, God told Joshua:
“2 And the LORD said unto Joshua, See, I have given into thine hand Jericho,
and the king thereof, and the mighty men of valour.
3 And ye shall compass the city, all ye men of war, and go round about the city
once. Thus shalt thou do six days.
4 And seven priests shall bear before the ark seven trumpets of rams' horns: and
the seventh day ye shall compass the city seven times, and the priests shall
blow with the trumpets.
5 And it shall come to pass, that when they make a long blast with the ram's
horn, and when ye hear the sound of the trumpet, all the people shall shout with
a great shout; and the wall of the city shall fall down flat, and the people
shall ascend up every man straight before him.”

Prime Number Design
God also designed this great miracle using the number 7 another way. For
example,
Israel marched around the wall for 13 times.
For 6 days they marched around the wall once each day. However, the 7th day they marched around the wall 7 times and the walls fell (6+7=13).
God also numbered the 13 trips around Jericho with His His prime number design. The number 13 is the seventh prime number

This is another example of how God adds sequences together to arrive at other numbers.
In Revelation 8:1, the Bible says:
"1 And when he had opened the seventh seal, there was silence in heaven
about the space of half an hour."
After the seventh seal of the book of prophecies was opened, the Bible notes there was silence in Heaven. Inside of the book of prophecies were a series of plagues that God sanctioned against the earth because of evil. In Revelation 8:2-6, the Bible notes:
2 And I saw the seven angels
which stood before God; and to them were given seven trumpets.
3 And another angel came and stood at the altar, having a golden censer; and
there was given unto him much incense, that he should offer it with the prayers
of all saints upon the golden altar which was before the throne.
4 And the
smoke of the incense, which came with the prayers of the saints, ascended up
before God out of the angel's hand.
5 And the angel took the censer, and
filled it with fire of the altar, and cast it into the earth: and there were
voices, and thunderings, and lightnings, and an earthquake.
6 And the
seven angels which had the seven trumpets prepared themselves to sound."
The Bible notes that there were seven plagues connected with the blowing of seven trumpets by seven angels.
After the blowing of each trumpet, a plague was revealed against some part of the earth or the kingdom of the beast. The blowing of the seven trumpets reflect the 6+1 sequence. For example, the blowing of :

After the 6th trumpet and its plagues, the blowing of the seventh trumpet is delayed. The seventh trumpet does not follow the six trumpets in succession, hence, the 6+1 sequence is reflected. Therefore, in Revelation 10:5-7, the Bible states:
"5 And the angel which I saw stand upon the sea and upon the earth lifted
up his hand to heaven,
6 And sware by him that liveth for ever and ever, who
created heaven, and the things that therein are, and the earth, and the things
that therein are, and the sea, and the things which are therein, that there
should be time no longer:
7 But in the days of the voice of the
seventh angel, when he shall begin to sound, the mystery of God should
be finished, as he hath declared to his servants the prophets."
The Bible notes that in the days when the seventh angel begins to sound\,.God will reveal another seven plagues.
In Revelation 15:6-7, the Bible states:
"6 And the seven angels came out of the temple, having
the seven plagues, clothed in pure and white linen, and having
their breasts girded with golden girdles.
7 And one of the four beasts gave
unto the seven angels seven golden vials full of the wrath of God,
who liveth for ever and ever."
These seven plagues will be administered by seventh angels with seven vials containing seven plagues. It is important to note that the 7th trumpet contains 7 plagues of the vials. Therefore, the seventh trumpet contains a nestled 6+1 sequence as seen below:

since men were upon the earth, so mighty an earthquake, and so great.

the wine of the fierceness of his wrath.

the mountains were not found."
All of this reveals how God numbered this plague using the prime number seven. For example::
7 angles were given
7 trumpets to blow and thus reveal
7 events related to plagues - and the Bible notes that the blowing of the
7 angles who were given
7 vials full of the wrath of God - and the
7th vial was the 13th plague connected with the
7 trumpets
Prime Number Design
Counting the six plagues of the trumpets and the seven plagues of the vials gives us a total of 13 plagues. The 7th plague of the vials is the 13th plague overall.
God also numbered the 13 plagues of the trumpets and vials via His prime number design. The number 13 is the seventh prime number
